Day 3 at the Parks!

A much anticipated day for the Dads. They went on a chartered fishing trip amongst the Disney Lakes...of course catch and release...A nice break for Dad! Ended up catching a pretty good fish too!

Us girls headed for the parks, we had plans to eat with Pooh and friends.... The Gauthier's see them every year, but this was our first! We really enjoyed ourselves....not all of us though....that's a pic of Meg under the table....characters w/o real hands are no friends of hers! Madelyn just hugged an hugged on Pooh Bear and Wyatt wanted to see Tigger bounce! They were both excited to see Eore......that's Dad's favorite. Even though Derek couldn't be with us....we all said it for him....we told Eore..... Okay....I'm a comin... Madelyn says that all the time!

Morgyn and Wyatt had a great time being the leaders in the Pooh Parade!

Madelyn's favorite ride was It's a Small World. She fell in love with it and from that point on....she would say quite frequently....Mom, can you just take me to the ride with the babies and the boat!

That's Madelyn waiting in line for It's a Small World! Happy as they come! Wyatt and Madelyn wanted me to take a picture of the Mexican babies for their Nana Lucia....so Nana, there you go!

Later that day, we headed to Epcot. It was Festival of Flowers at Epcot. All of the characters were made into their shape with beautiful flowers. I really enjoyed seeing this.....it was very pretty. Even the Beast was nicely done!

It did rain daily on us...sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. We got use to it, and knew not to go anywhere without the ponchos! It wasn't bad b/c it cooled things off and a lot of times cleared things out!

One of my favorite things to do at Disney is get a Kitchen Sink Sundae. Great way to pass the time, so the storm could pass.....They dim the lights and turn the sirens on when they bring this baby out! I think they said it has like 24 scoops of ice cream and a whole can of whip cream! It's a 50's style place and the jukebox really works! Famous last words during this snack was "No Double Dipping!" The kids had no clue as to what that meant!

We also of course road Test Track. It was Madelyn's first time! That's the kids waiting in line. That was the worst line we waited in...it was about an hour wait...They did really good though.

Below is a pic of us riding the actual ride...Me and Madelyn in the front and Wyatt and Derek in the back....And, yes that's me covering Madelyn's eyes. It looked like we were about to hit the wall!

We ended day 3 with Soarin at about 11:30 that

night! We did 16 hours that day. Needless to say, we slept in the next morning and skipped our scheduled Donald Duck breakfast.....Guess we're getting old....can't hang with the 16 hour days anymore!
